How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link. You can also check it anytime on our Order Tracking page.
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your shipping confirmation, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it immediately.
How do I start a return or report a damaged item?
Send us an email with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped directly from our international warehouse in China. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
